I get the subject error during boot. It occurs after the icons are on the desktop. I'm sure there are others programs still loading so "I" don't know what might be causing it. Help! Bill

Check your event viewer for any errors. It will lead you to what might be causing the issue...
Start > control panel > admin tools > event viewer and select the various sections on the left screen and view the errors in the right screen. Once an error is found double click it for more info!

I did that and could notr find an error in the event viewer. Even noted the latest time in the viewer for the top event. Created the error again and upon viewing the viewer it did not list the error , in fact there were no new entries. Even tried to refresh with no change. Bill
