runnin a windows xp..2.2 ghz...256 ram machine..i just tried installing realone media player version 2.0 but about 25% into the installation i get an error saying "failed to create folder %install%"..also when i try to uninstall certain programs i get an error saying "could not find install.log" are those two related? how can i fix those problems? thx in advance guys

not related u can use norton clean sweep this will uninstall, wher are u installing this prog from?

i dun think i get your question..but i downloaded the .exe from some media player site..and its just sittin there on my desktop..if thats what you mean..it wasnt a cd or anything
