I'm having problems viewing the profile and wall, unable to see who is online, notifications or post. I have Windows XP and running Norton 360, Explorer 7, which is the same as what I use at work, and have no problems when I log in there.
I have cleared out the cookies and history, added their two files to the "safe list" they recommend, and it still doesn't work.
I have checked setting from the work PC to the laptop and all seems to be the same.
When clicking on the error icon at the bottom of the screen, I get: Unterminated string constant; Object doesn't support this property or method, Expected "j". All this info along with screen pictures have been sent to Facebook, and they're unable to come up with a solution as yet. Their suggestion is to disable the firewall and try it, which has been tried and still unsuccessful. Are there any suggestions on what I should look for next?
I need some help here!
