In swapping some drives around I have accidently installed Maxtor's EZ BIOS to a Western Digital drive. Problems are it now takes XP about 10 min to boot up. So I deleted the partition, re-created it, re-formatted. Now when I try to run Partion Magic to format it as an NTFS, PM won't run. It complains of the EZ BIOS still running. So I tried fdisk/mbr while in DOS. No help. Again while in DOS, I tried removing the partition, resetting it, and reformatting...no help. How do I get rid of this EZ BIOS curse??
