extracting PQI files

hi i have a driver disc with a *.pqi file in it. how do i extract the contents of this *.pqi WITHOUT powerquest drive image? i do not own the software, and i don't often have access to the internet, so downloading it is out of the question. help! I don't think you can do it without the Drive Image software.
