I got an USB external case to put my burner in to use for my laptop at school, now i need the driver i think to let the computer know im using another cd rom, correct? Or what do i need to make it work now.. does anyone know where i can get the driver or wahtever to make it work. Thanks

If you are using a USB CD-ROM drive, as soon as you plug the USB cable into your laptop, XP should recognize that new hardware has been found. It should either try to install the drivers itself or will ask you to install drivers.
The drivers should have come with your drive. If not, you can check the "Drivers" link to the left of this page, or try the website of your drive's manufacturer.
