Hello, I am just recovering from a backdoor problem. Prorat. :( Anyway, i deleted all the files it installed, but now I have another problem. Whenever I logon, it says "cant find fservice.exe" something like that. I was told to edit the registry, but I cant find the "folder" in regedit that says "Winlogon" its not in my Windows\Current Version. So how do I edit my computer to just boot explorer.exe and not fservice.exe? Thank you all in advance.

You almost had it... it's in Windows NT\Current version, not Windows\Curren Version. Full key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
The Shell value should just say explorer.exe.
If you're still getting the error message, it's trying to load from somewhere else. Search the registry for fservice.exe to find out where.

Thank you! I guess the person before gave me a typo as to where to find it ;) Thank you very much HiJinx. I went into the registry and found it sound "exlporer.exe c:\windows\system32\fservce.exe" so i changed it to just "expolorer.exe" and everything is back to normal. Thanks again!
