A couple of months ago I started to continuously get an explorer.exe error message saying that the program is not responding when I have not opened any program with that name. It has dramatically slowed down my computer. I am also getting a rundll error message of the same nature. The lastest change is that I cannot get onto the internet. I am desperate. Is my only hope reformatting my computer and wiping it clean or is there some remedy to this problem? I have run norton anti-virus 2002 and it has come up clean. I have also run the AOL virus search program and there are no reported viruses on the computer. Please help me I am despereate!!! thanx.
