Comment:

My explorer.exe crashes when I right click on the startmenu and click on explore. I can access the explorer without any problems other then that, and I tried closing my programs, but it still happens. In another account, doing the same simply nothing happens. I need to explore using right-click on the startmenu, why does this happen and how can I fix it? Please.... don't tell me to reinstall or fix windows, there must be another way.

Yes I have, long time ago. It's a shame that it does not fix the problem. Well I got the problem recently.
