Explorer.exe crashes on startup

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: P-III 933mHZ / 256MB RAM
Comment:

After installing Windows XP, every time after the login screen, Explorer.exe crashes without any message. I've tried to re-run explorer.exe with the task manager, but it's the same s---, it crashes.
I've tried to reinstall the OS but i got the same problem
