Explorer Using all my CPU

Specs: Windows Xp Home Edition, 512 MB
Ever since one time I got a message from my Norton Internet Security Software saying that I had a trojan (it said it was Trojan.Busky) my computer has been going really slow and when I went to the Windows Task Manager it said that explorer was using all my CPU and the CPU always stays at 100%, also these dumb ads have beem poping up every time I got some web sites (that don't have ads like this) or even sometimes when I'm just in Windows Explorer going to a folder and the ads says, ironically, "Your computer might be infected, download this viru software for some price".

I have tried doing a full system scan with norton anti vitrus and remove the files, but itn still does the same thing and I have even tried to remove the stupid ads by scanning with adaware, but that didn't work either.
