Have you checked to ensure that internet explorer is the default browser now(under connections tab in the options under the tools menu), and that outlook express is the default sending programs (under general settings tab in same popup)

Yes I have checked. Everything is set properly (default sending program is Microsoft Office Outlook and not Outlook express).

Try this:
Switch off and remove power plug. If it's a laptop remove the battery too.
Now hold the power on/off button in for 20 seconds.

It probably won't help but sometimes things get stuck and at least it is very easy to try.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
