heres wat happened...i download it vista theme...and in unistall it today,it told me to reboot so i did that..the computer reboot and it goes beyond windows logo and than message appears tells me that explorer.exe couldnt be found cause normaliz.dll is not found, you have to reinstall the application. how can i reinstall it when explorer wont even open up?

Hi Mirna

I had a similar problem as yours quite some time back, try this and see if it works for you. I can't remember the exact steps without ferreting through my papers, but here goes anyway.

Try to boot into Safe mode. If successful, then you have 2 choices, the first, close window down from safe mode, hopefully this time all the files will be placed into the correct order.

Next alternative, when in safe mode (again), do a restore.

Lastly (now here I am using a educated guess)use a boot disk and choose option "last know good configuration".

If some one can refine these instructions, please do.

on the second alternative..u said when in safe mode, do a restore..how can i do restore there? cause i cant see the desktop only the background. can i do it from promat command? if so whats the code for it. thanks man

btw i tried the first one and last one they didnt work
