I have internet explorer and firefox on my computer. about a week ago explorer stopped opening. everytime i clicked on explorer it would start to open and then quickly close. i began using firefox and yesterday it would not open. i get an error message that says: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks, Tim
