|Have you recently scanned your computer for malware using an updated and respected anti-virus/spyware/malware program? I would suggest installing the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-malware and doing a full scan. Please report back with the log results.|
@ Dave: Have you known your Windows XP computer to restart when opening My Documents? That's the problem here even if it wasn't in question form.
