everything is slow as molasses!

my computer has been slow for the past year, but over the last week seems to have gotten clogged with something. Sometimes there is even a delay when typing and the computer will miss some of the keys that I hit. I have AVG and Zone Alarm running on my computer. Last week AVG picked up and deleted a couple of trojan viruses. Lately I also have an error when starting my computer that says error loading "c:\windows\wadscs30.dll the specified module could not be found." I can't find any information on wadscs30.dll online. Not sure what is going on. It seriously takes 20 minutes for my computer to start and outlook to open. Any tips would be appreciated. My computer says I have 179GB and 74 are free. Could this be a memory issue?

More likely that some remnant of the trojan is still there.

I would first install MalwareBytes (freebie) - get it's updates before running.
This can sometimes unearth things AV's miss.

After that you could try typing msconfig in the Run box. If this file appears in the Startup you could untick it there to get things moving until the problem is fixed more permantly. It is possible to remove startup entries in the registry if you are happy in there - I can assist.
