bassicly alot of my screen is just plain black. so right now i cant even see what im typingbecausethis part of the screen is blsack and the text is black.... i think it might have somthing to do with themes, iand i cant find how to system resore with the screen like this... HELP!!
I would restart the computer and go into safe mode, see if the screen remains the same if it does it maybe a monitor problem. John Cambece
It would be a really odd theme that has an all-black screen that doesn't use text that is visible. I agree with trying another monitor first.
1st thing tried was shutting off pc, then i went into counterstrike and the game wa sfine, and ive alrdy tried switching the themese by just clicking till i found what ki was looking for, still nothing worked.
I've seen this happen to somebody else when patching UXTHEME.DLL to use non-MS themes. As far as I know they had to reinstall Windows, but there might be another way. You see, there's a reason MS doesn't want people doing this...
