There is a computer with the same netbios name on the network as what you just setup. Go to Control Panel > System > Computer Name tab, click > Change button & change the computer name.

It is stil the same i change the name and netbios name. but seems like still cant form the Event Log i get this msg: The name "xxxxxx:1d" could not be registered on the Interface with IP address 192.168.0.49. The machine with the IP address 192.168.0.1 did not allow the name to be claimed by this machine.

i found out what's wrong with my pc. it is the Zone Alarm ! it add another extra :1d at the behind to make my pc cant connect to the network ! thanks for everyone to help ^ ^
