I keep getting error messages when I try to install the software for my IBM PC Camera. It reads... An error occurred during the move data process: -113 Component: File Group: File:C:Docume~Mom/Locals~1/Tem/WZSE4.Tmp/data1.hdr Then if I try to install it from just the hardware I get this error message... Needs vfwwdm.drv' to finish installation. How do I get that driver. I am running Windows XP...I have downloaded the XP software from the IBM PC Camera support site, still doesn't work. And it was suppose to be Windows XP compatable. Compaq has no answers they say it's the software peoples problem, Microsoft has no answers. Someone has to have an answer as to how to get the driver I need or how to fix this error. Thanks, Marsha

Have you tried using only XP drivers and leave the IBM software out of the equation? I had the same problem with a digital camera; XP wouldn't do it, so i just used the twain driver only and finished the install without using any of the softeware that came with the camera. XP said it was not compatible and i ignored that.. Then i went to ACDsee and tried to "aquire" the photos in the camera from there and it worked just fine, despite what XP said.. Try that, can't hurt anything..Mine is a webcam also..

Make sure you uninstall the camera from device manager.. then reinstall the ibm drivers.. THEN plug your camera back in.. If that doesn't work .. you might try to redownload the software.. I have gotten a bad download form the IBM (XRLINK) whatever they are calling it this week site..

I have hp digital camera all I did was plug into usb port and computer recognized it, didn't use software that came with camera (works great). Remember to uninstall first.
