I used to use HP Director for about 2 weeks already. However, today, as I want to scan, I encountered a Script Error with the following info: A run time error has occurred. Do you want to debug? Line:318 Error:'oDevice'is undefined

Did you recently upgrade IE? It has been known in the past to break HP Director. Go to the HP website. Look up the driver for your device and see if they have anything additional to fix HP Director because of known issues.

Your problem is why I stay with IE 6 At one time HP had a fix and than they took it off, you may have to send them an email. That's what I did the last time and than I just gave up and keep IE6. Their is a work around but I have forgotten it. Righ click the Director while holding down on the CTRL Key.
