I have a single computer system running on windows xp professional & windows 98 se. In windows xp, I have setup another administrator account (other than default one) and a limited user account. A few days ago, I installed the power toys provided for windows XP, which provides for fast user switching by pressing the "window key + q" keys together. But sometimes when I switch from the account with admin privileges to the limited user account, Windows XP reports error messages & displays only the desktop wallpaper and I am not able to perform any operation. Also I am not able to even restart the system using Cntrl+Alt+Del keys for it then says something like the task manager hasn't been initialised. But this problem get solved for a few days if I delete that limited account & create it again. The same problem was encountered when I turn on the guest account too. Please guide me on how to get rid of this nagging problem.
