Error when opening newly-created account

When opening/starting a fresh account the following message pops up to desktop:-
Advanced INF Install %REMOVE_NODIR_ERROR%
Subsequent log-ins to the relevant accounts seem fine, no errors.

you have probably uninstalled Instant Msgs and now recieve the error with new users. Windows tries to install IM for new users until you delete the Stubpath value under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{5945c046-1e7d-11d1-bc44-00c04fd912be}]
