Comment:
After my computer loads the desktop, about 30 seconds later a message stating that there is an "error in UPnPFramework.exe" and it must close. I looked for the file, and it is in: C:\Docume~1\USER\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER5.tmp.dir00\UPnPFramework.exe.mdmp C:\Docume~1\USER\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER5.tmp.dir00\mdmp\appcompat.txt
It appears to be connected to IE and some photo programs.
How do I correct or re-install it? Thanks in advance!
These are TMP files. Just delete them. Check start-run type MSCONFIG and check startup for them. Uncheck them.

Thanks! I couldn't locate those files through msconfig, but used explorer, and deleted the tmp files, and rebooted, but am still getting the same error msg.
Any further suggestions would be appreciated. I haven't used system restore, but if that's what I need to do, I will.
