Yahoo Messenger doesn t work. Appears this error.

Reinstall it. You may have to uninstall it first for best results.
i did reinstall it, several times, uninstall it and then reinstall it. but still doens t work because it doesnt been install properly. it says that can complete the installation process because other application may be open or something like, but that is wrong, nothing else was running at that time. any other sugestions?????????? please!!!!!!!!!!!!
