k i have no idea wut u said so can u please explain this to me in simple words. Now, My computer got a problem in it..the disk read error and another one. Whenever i start up my computer, it says WARNING:Back up your disk dirve immediatly, Failure maybe imminent! But when i press F1 it works fine. Then after like 4 weeks, i was working on my pc and i went on a site and an error popped up saying Restart your Computer Immediatly! then when i restart it, the warning thing comes then when i press F1 it says Disk Read Erroe occured...ctrl+alt+del to restart. I have no idea what it is so can you please please help? And by the way even if i insert a floppy disk or a cd into my cd dirve or floppy drive..nothing happens.

When it was telling you to backup your files it meant it. Somehow your computer knew your disk was going bad however it would still work as long as it was alive. Your disk went bad and you need another one. You may be able to format and reinstall windows but it's unlikely.
Hope this helps you.

Sounds like the S.M.A.R.T. system is trying to tell you that a hard drive failure is imminent. Back up your drive ASAP or I feel you're gonna wished you had...

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...
