Error seting up Visual Studio 6 on

I'm getting an error everytime i try to setup Visual Studio 6 on WinXp. I installed on another pc and is fine. Here is the error log sendable to micr0s0ft: http://www.darkempire.co.nr/error.txt Anyone can tell me why is that so, and how to fix it. Thanks
