CPU/Ram: celeron/192

wazup people..i just bought a memory card for my system..i have two slots on my system..one is 64 mb and the other is 128 mb so the total should be 192 mb of ram..but my system is reading 176 mb of ram..why is it reading it wrong? what am i supposed to do to fix this problem? many thanks guys..your help is appreciated.

Your onboard video chippy thing is using the other 16 megs...
