Download malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php install it, check for updates, run it, and delete what it suggests that you deal with.
Then, to ensure that your computer is clean of malware, go to the following site http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/for... and follow the other two bits of instructions.

That's just a file path. What does the rest of the message say? Have you cleaned out the Temp folder in your profile's Local Settings folder?
