Every time I restart my computer I get a "failed to load library" error. I checked the System Viewer log and the error corresponds to Event 7035 at the exact time the error occurred. However, two events before that in the same log was a "Warning" listing "W3SVC". Again, I don't know what that is or even if related. Help please.

It appear that "W3SVC" may not be related. I did run a registry scan with REG MECHANIC, found a lot of error and fixed them. Unfortunately the error still remains.

The W3SCV does not bother me, but I still get the error message on failure to load library. Anybody know why?

failed to load library
For myself, that means a DLL, Dynamic Link Library, file failed to load. May be missing, or corrupted. These routines are loaded only when needed by the program that calls them.

Thanks chuck2, Your suggestions lead me in the correct direction. I selectively turned off the items in the start up folder until I found the offender. Reinstalled the corrupt program and was good to go.
