Every time I restart my computer I get a "failed to load library" error. I checked the System Viewer log and the error corresponds to Event 7035 at the exact time the error occurred. However, two events before that in the same log was a "Warning" listing "W3SVC". Again, I don't know what that is or even if related.
Help please.

It appear that "W3SVC" may not be related.
I did run a registry scan with REG MECHANIC, found a lot of error and fixed them. Unfortunately the error still remains.

Removed for lack of concern.

The W3SCV does not bother me, but I still get the error message on failure to load library. Anybody know why?

failed to load library

For myself, that means a DLL, Dynamic Link Library, file failed to load. May be missing, or corrupted. These routines are loaded only when needed by the program that calls them.

This is one troubleshooting method ---

Thanks chuck2,
Your suggestions lead me in the correct direction. I selectively turned off the items in the start up folder until I found the offender. Reinstalled the corrupt program and was good to go.
