Error Messages - Please Help

It seems I now have had some certain messages come up. They are specifically :
"Explorer.exe bad image".
"The application or DLL C://windows\microsoft.netframework\v2.0 50727mscorie.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your windows installation diskette".
"The system has recovered from a serious error. A log of this error has been created. Please tell microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send us to improve microsoft windows. We will treat this problem as confidential and anonymous"
"Spooler subsystems app encountered a problem and needed to close".

Run the system file checker to replace any corrupted system files. Go to start then run and type in sfc /scannow. Note the space between the c and the /. You may need your installation disk handy if it needs it.
