I recently formatted ,I have disabled error reporting but I still receive this message
Any ideas how I can prevent this from popping up?

Windows-Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unableto save all the data for the file c:\$mft. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

I have formatted many times before –no problems like this
Upon restart it runs scandisc & is dumping my documents & my music files.
