I have been asked to look at a problem where the following error message keeps appearing.
"offvicap.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I can't find any reference to this on the web.The computer has been scanned for spyware & viruses.

You should always run your AV/anti-Spyware scans in safe mode. Some viruses/spyware/trojans like to hide and are not visible in normal mode, The Ewido program surpasses the Adaware and Spybot , it will find nastys the others wont.
