Comment:
everytime I turn on my computer or restart windows loads but it takes a while for it to load and then the typical error message pops up. My computer has been running really slow lately. I ran virus scan, ad aware, and spybot, and a defrag. No idea whats wrong.

"then the typical error message pops up."
Then take the typical action to resolve it.
If you let us know what that message is, exactly, then perhaps a better solution can be offered.

0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is the blue screen I get every now and then. And usually when I boot up I get one saying: Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. Then I click ok and it works but really slow.
