I keep getting a error message at start up.

I ran avg antipyware, removed some tracking cookies and when I reboot this message started.

I copied a image of it and this is what the message says

"Could not load file or assembly'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.2693.37137, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba90c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas how to get rid of the message at startup?
