Hello,
while trying to install iTunes, i get this warning message that pops back like 4 times
it says:
Warning 1909. Could not create Shortcut iTunes.ink. Verify that the destination folder exists and that you can access it.

then i went to a microsoft support site where it told me to uninstall Office then reinstal it. so i uninstalled it, then when i try to reinstall it, that same message pops out!
i think i need to create a default destination folder that exists for downloading programs or something, because maybe mine doesnt exist. anyway, i dont know a lot about it, so i would really apreciate help please, and because i am not very good with computers, i would need steps or something please

thank you
