Hello,
while trying to install iTunes, i get this warning message that pops back like 4 times
it says:
Warning 1909. Could not create Shortcut iTunes.ink. Verify that the destination folder exists and that you can access it.then i went to a microsoft support site where it told me to uninstall Office then reinstal it. so i uninstalled it, then when i try to reinstall it, that same message pops out!
i think i need to create a default destination folder that exists for downloading programs or something, because maybe mine doesnt exist. anyway, i dont know a lot about it, so i would really apreciate help please, and because i am not very good with computers, i would need steps or something pleasethank you

How big is your c: drive and how much free space does it have?
Open MY Computer
Right click the C: drive
Select 'Properties'
Post back the 'Used' and "Free' space

What version of Windows are you running, what version of iTunes are you attempting to install?

i am running windows xp home edition.
i do not think it is itunes the problem because when i try to reinstall Office, the same type of error message opens, read my 1st post.
but the version is itunes 7
so basically i need to find a way to reinstall Office., if i can reinstal Office, that means i can instal itunes...
