Error in Hyperlink in Outlook Email

When I click a hyperlink in an Outlook Email the website doesn't come up, rather it goes to a Pop Up screen that says "Locate Link Browser" and the Pop Up shows "My Documents" with file type "Executable Files (*.exe)". This seems like an error.

It appears that iexplore.exe was moved or the pointer to it was changed. Use that pop-up baox to find the file (it most likely is C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe)
