Error comes after load windows XP

When my Windows Xp has been loading after giving the message "Welcome to Windows Xp" then everytime an error message comes " Windows can not find " C:\WINDOWS\eksplorasi.exe" . Tell me how this problem is resolved?
I want to see my offline pages after disconnect from the net but when I go to history folder and click any of web site which i visites when i was online then it shows disable n do'nt open it.

windows explorer.exe must be used to start the program...it is either deleted by some reason or damaged so it can't be found. It needs to be repaired or replaced... This is a type of runtime error and unfortunately it will probably take system repair or reinstallation of your operating system..
This can be caused by a virus or trojan or a malicious worm.
