Both my CD-Rom and my CD-writer has error code 19, and I've tried to uninstall them, but it didn't work. I've got an Asus CUV4X-E motherboard, and my drives are Toshiba XM-6402B and Lite-On LTR-12101B.

i also have a code 19, or bad registry for my cd-rom and a code 41 for my cd-writer. Since I can't reinstall windows how can i fix my registry, i seriously doubt its a virus. The driver provided for the devices aren't working either. Please someone help.
