my canon scanner is coming up with 'profile not known, error code 0x24050010 (the same set up is working om winme) it used to work/ microsoft have no such code/ canon also say not one of theirs I have searched on the net/ no such error code exists/ what so I do felix

hello have you tried to goto cannon website and update your drivers for your scanner

ak all is well :> twas a driver problem after all I will send a little serve to canon as they should have been able to be a little more helpful
