error after loading avanquest software

Specs: win XPpro FOR DELL
Hi I am Dennis Iam getting a Explore / ExE/SHDOCVW.dill file missing error after loading this SystemSuite-9 software into my comp. I followed the load instruction after the finnished window I clicked the restart now box after the comp. came back up this is what was on the screan explore /exe/SHDOCVW.dill missing with a box that said reload the disc this may find the file. I did and got no were the avanquest people are not doing anything I have Emailed and called and got very little from them please help

this condition has put the computor on a type of sleep mode the desktop is gone only a screansaver background exists with no access to windows msdos is not working in restore mode

dlchap54, it's sorta beyond my ability, but Google seems to know a LOT about it. Have a look @:
