Hello I have an xp/os yesterday i installed netzero. i log on my user id &pass but then after dial ups the number it tells me "error 721 remote computer did not respond" I checked the modem and its working perfectly any other idea? I appreciate.

Contact the administrator of the remote computer. You might need permission to dial-up-connect to this computer. Incidently, if you are the administrator, i guess you;ve got to work out how to give your remote computer this permission. Have fun!
