I too have this problem, and all the "free" fixes are not free

I there a fix that does not cost money that the average bear can understand and do?

Thanks,
Ernie Waterhouse

Every program can generate an Error Code, but a Code number can
mean something different for that program.

What are you doing for that to happen ???

Nothing, it starts almost as soon as I turn on my computer, even before I have connected to the internet and it keeps popping back up every 15 -20 seconds or so it causes the typing to stop when I'm typing this return message

Have you run an Anti Virus program? Post the exact entire message and describe the screen at that time.

Try this one ---

In Windows HELP, click Index, then type

error messages

Then below that, double click "Network and Dial-up Connections".
Then look for 721 in the list.
