I get line 1174, errow one,code 0, error unspecified error, URL res//c: windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg when trying to print mail in outlook express. Any help would be much appreciated. Carl

unusual error could not find much on it but you could try one of the following.
============================================ 1>>check the encryption on your email messages. some encryption types are not supported. ============================================ 2>> Completely remove the printer ============================================ 3>> lastly if nothing works you need to make-Do... click drag & select the text in the email you want to print & the choose print selection or paster it into word/notepad & then print it.
