Within the last week, my laptop began acting eratically. Specifically, when there is a window with verticle scroll bars, it begins jumping up and down all by itself. This is especially noticeable with a Word document that I'm working on. But it also happens with something like a Control panel Window that is sized. This morning the Word document even began eratically changing the zoom level all by itself at the same time it was scrolling eratically.

Anyone have any clue as to what might be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Faulty touchpad or virus. I would lean towards the former. Get you keyboard/touchpad looked at by a tech.

Thanks, I'll look into a cleaning. I am pretty cautious about virus prevention and run scans frequently with various programs
