epson summary page

when i make a print from my epson printer it also prints a summary page after the print job has printed which is wasting both ink and paper,

does anyone know how to disable this summry from being printed!

What Epson Printer are you using and what is written in the manual about this feature?

Hi! and thanks for replying,

The printer is an Epson SX600FW but my origional printer (Epson Stylus R245) did the same thing too!

There is nothing I can see in the manual regarding this!!

It's my first time on a forum like this, and I'd like to say thank you again for your help!

Windows Wordpad & notepad does not print any summary page or document properties like Microsoft Word do if you have enabled the option. What application were you printing from?

Hi and thanks for your help!!

I was printing from a microsoft word doccument.

I print quite a few letters form word and its only recent that the printer has started to print out a summary (Giving detqils of how many pages, the author, thie time etc..)

OK. THIS page give instructions how to turn off printing of summary page or document properties - from MS Office 2007 as well as Office XP/2000/2003. Use whichever applies to you.
