maybe try firefox or a different internet browser, my internet explorer went wrong so i installed firefox and now whenever one goes wrong or has technical dificultys i can use the other one, also different internet browsers have different addons and plugins that are sometimes usefull for many different things, for example foxy proxy is good for turning proxy settings on and off and configuring them. flash video resources downloader can download videos from youtube and other sites with flash videos on. all browsers have good and bad features.
