hello! everybody...i don't no wt did i install on my comp. but whenever i click on my internet explorer, yahoo! opens which i have set as my homepage but in the address bar instead of www.yahoo.com...it says 'Enter keyword or web address here'. it only says that when I open it for the first time..if i open another window of internet explorer than it says www.yahoo.com in the address bar. can anybody help me...y does it say tht when i open internet explorer the first time? i don't want tht...so plzzz...helpppp!

that always happens. you must have just not relized it until now or maybe you where useing a different browser like netscape. but ever since I bought this computer and opened up internet explorer i've gotten that message.its not a seperate program that you dl'ed. I dont know how to get rid of it either.

I had the same problem. I located the "Commonname" folder in my Program Files directory and there was an unist.exe file. I clicked it, and it took me to their website where it ran an uninstall. After that completed, and I rebooted, the issue was resolved.

This is most definately spyware, you should get rid of it asap. Try adaware from Lavasoft. There is a light version which is free. Run it and delete any instances it finds. You will now find that you are back to normal.
