I took 3 pictures using my camera phone from a distance. I need to enlarge it but also make the picture clear.

I am wondering if someone knows of a program that will expand and replace or reconfigurer the pixels so the blow up will be clear.

You can't enhance information that's not already there. Use a decent camera (with a decent lens) to re-shoot.
And, in future, these type of queries go in the "Digital Photo/Video" forum.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

A couple of months ago I was reading a webpage where they claimed to be able to do what you are desiring but the program was not free and depending on how much you wanted from it the more it cost.

Here is the page I was reading:
http://www.imagener.com/

Google produces many:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&... for "Enlargement and Enhancement"

"eight years at over $4 million" almost made me want to buy it because it must be good.

Ever watch "The Unit" (good show) and they have excellent enahancement software like NCIS does.

Thank you all. Sorry I posted in the wrong forum.

Picture is of Animal abuse being sent to the County and State.

The distance was to great to get a close up...
bad neighborhood and I don't care to catch a bullet.... just a good picture.

Will take a look at the above.
