encryption & decrypt

Specs: Windows XP sp2 pre-install for dell
I encrypt the data but i can't decrypt it.?
last week i did encrypt some data of 35 GB contains doc xls jpg and videos.
simple by selecting folders properties.
==>advanced down in attributes area.
==>then simple check the box enrypt contents to secure data. on D:
on that time details button was not available.

Lator i found some virus on c and e drive. antivirus was talking tooooooooooo long time to scan and handle with virus issu. Bcoz hard disk is was big 500 GB. C: 100 GB D: 100, and E. 300

I decide to install new os win sp2 as like previous.
But now in new os i can't access the any file or can't decrypt
if i open video mpg avi etc in wmp. i gives the message
Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct?
when i click more information
then windows media player shows me this help file which is not helping me..

last three days i am searching internet but i failed.

even if try to decrypt simple as i did encrypt all folders in d:
properties ...advanced deselect the button of encrypt contents to secure data ok apply.

ONE thing when i select multiple files this button of details button is not available.
but in single file it is available
code is coming same for different file when in go in properties after click of DEATIALS

I WANT TO TAKE MY DATA ON D BACK TO NORMAL POSITION WHERE I CAN PLAY OR ACCESS IN ANY OS AFTER ANY INSTALLATION.

If you reinstalled Windows, then you wiped out the account used to secure the files. Without that account, you can decrypt them. You'll need a third-party utility to recover the data.

yeas because of new windows installation all accounts wiped out on c drive.

now which type of third party program i can use to decrypt the data.
how i can find it.
