Comment:
My hard drive (win XP files) was recently corrupted for some reason and I can not get it to work. But, what I want from it are certain files that are encrypted on that version of XP. I can put my hard drive into another computer and access any files but those certain XP files. I can not decrypt them with that version of XP. I assume that I need to be logged into my old windows that was on that other currupt hard drive to do that. Is there any way I can decrypt those files or copy them to be saved?

What do you mean by encrypted files, did you use any software to encrypt the files, or did you u use any type of compression software to compress them.
